The City of Vancouver received an application to rezone 7350 Fraser Street from RT-2 (Two-Family Dwelling) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is for a 6-storey residential building that includes:

  • 95 for-profit affordable rental housing units;
  • a building height of 14 m (46 ft.) from grade;
  • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 2.61; and
  • 78 underground parking spaces
